Teachers enter marks class-wise or student-wise with instant validation; the system calculates term totals, grades, division, section rank and class rank automatically; the admin tracks pending marks, reviews the class mark summary, exports to Excel and publishes results with one click; and students and parents log in with their roll number to view and print the final report card. Welcome to the School Result Management System. A complete online solution for marks entry, result processing and report cards, with three separate portals: for the Admin, the Teachers, and the Students.

The administrator signs in with a secure username and password. The dashboard gives a live overview of the whole school: student strength, marks entry progress for every class, school average, pass percentage, grade distribution, and the toppers of each class. Everything is calculated automatically.

The Entry Progress page shows exactly which marks are still pending, for which class, subject and teacher.

Each teacher sees only the classes and subjects assigned to them. With Quick Entry, the teacher enters one exam's marks for the whole class on a single screen. Every mark is checked instantly: a value above the maximum turns red and cannot be saved until it is corrected. Totals, grades and results are recalculated immediately.

The Class Mark Summary shows every student's subject totals, percentage, section rank and class rank, with the average, highest and lowest marks in each subject. One click shows the detailed breakdown of every test, and the sheet can be exported to Excel or printed.

When the results are ready, the admin publishes them with a single click. Students and parents log in with the roll number and see the final result instantly: percentage, grade, rank and promotion status.

The complete progress report card shows term-wise marks and totals, the final result with division and rank, co-scholastic grades, attendance and teacher's remarks. It is ready to print, or save as a PDF, on A4 paper.
